I love my city. I love my job. I love my clients.
I grew up in Egypt where Long known for its pyramids and ancient civilization, went to college and got my bachelor’s law degree. I have been a licensed, active, full-time Realtor since 1994. Prior to that I had been a mortgage broker since 1990 and still practice to serve my clients mortgage needs. I have over 25 years of valuable experience in sales and sales management, contract negotiations, project management, customer service, dispute resolution and general problem-solving. Also, I am a CCIM Candidate (Certified commercial investment member) which allows me to analyze investment property and help my clients make the right decision when investing in real estate. These are all skills that come heavily into play every day in the real estate business.
As an immigrant from a foreign country, I learned the value of hard work, respect, attention to detail and professionalism. I work hard for my clients and as a result, get quite a bit of repeat and referral business. I’m the agent that’s up working by 5:00 a.m. I’m the agent that actually answers my phone when you call – every day of the week. I’m the agent that promptly replies to your emails, text messages and requests. I’m the agent that pays attention to the details. I’m the agent that works weekends and around YOUR schedule, not mine. I’m the agent for the job.
On a personal note, I’ve proudly lived in Santa Clara County since 1986. I’m active in the local community, serving as a volleyball coach for the youth in Cupertino and I generously give as much time as I can back to the community in a variety of capacities. I’ve been married to a wonderful woman for 29 years and have two daughters 26-year-old graduating this year with business degree and a 17-year-old daughter who is about to graduate from Lynbrook high school. I enjoy soccer, tennis, volleyball, traveling, and cooking, spending time with friends and family along with many other activities.
I love where I live, and I also love what I do. I’m lucky to be able to work in a profession in which I get to build relationships; one that has me meeting new people each and every day and helping them to build new lives in my beloved city. I’m lucky enough to work in a profession in which I can employ cutting-edge technologies and marketing techniques to serve my clients. I am lucky enough to work in a profession that allows me to make a difference in my client’s life; to use every tool at my disposal to get a job done well for them, and with as little stress and expense as possible.
I’d gladly welcome an opportunity to become your Realtor. Please give me a call, ask me all the questions you want and let’s see if I’m a fit for your real estate needs. You’ll be glad you did.
